Terms & Conditions

By completing your payment, you agree to the following terms governing your engagement with Lauren Elyse Coaching & Advisory.

Services Your payment confirms your enrollment in a coaching or advisory engagement as described in your invoice or program materials. Full engagement details, including session structure and scope, are outlined in the Coaching Agreement you will receive following payment.

Limited Liability Coaching and advisory services are designed to support your professional development. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data, even if the Coach has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, to the fullest extent permitted by law the Coach’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement, or (b) the total value of the services contracted for under this Agreement. This engagement is not therapy and does not substitute for therapeutic or medical care.

Fees & Refunds All fees are non-refundable. Fees are earned based on services provided and time reserved, not on the achievement of specific outcomes.

Scheduling Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance using the scheduling link provided. Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without contact may be counted as a completed session.

Termination Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and no additional payments are owed after the termination date.

Confidentiality All information shared within the coaching relationship is held in confidence in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics.

Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions.

Full Agreement A complete Coaching Services Agreement will be provided following your payment. That document governs the full terms of your engagement and supersedes this summary.
